I just made this Chocolate Mousse for the first time and it is absolutely delicious,
plus it took only 5 minutes to make.
2 avocados, ripe
2 medium bananas, ripe
2-3 Tbs Honey or Agave Syrup
8-10 Tbs unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1 teaspoons cinnamon
In a food processor or blender, combine the avocado + banana
and process until smooth.
Add the cocoa powder, vanilla, cinnamon.
Process again until smooth.
Refrigerate until ready to serve and add any topping you like.
Store in a sealed container and eat within 2-3 days.
